It's time to procrastinate! w00t! Basically, instead of doing my homework or answering those 262 message in my inbox (or looking at the 674 deviations...) that have accumulated in my absence from dA, I have decided to do a YGO meme. Woo. Here it be.

1. Who is your favourite Yu-Gi-Oh! character(s)?
Neh, probably Jonouchi… followed quickly by Ryo Bakura. ^^

2. What is your favourite pairing? (If any)
Ah ha… ah ah ha. Um. Probably Tender-shipping, or Marik and Rishid (to be completely honest). Ooh, ooh, and Jonouchi/Honda. Heh. I’m a big yaoi fan, what can I say? Lots of pretty boys. Oh. And, um. Maybe Honda/Otogi?

Wow. I’m kind of a ship slut with the minor characters, aren’t I? Ha ha ha.

3. Are you a Yu-Gi-Oh! yaoi or hentai fan?
Yes. Yaoi. So much. But not hentai… I don’t look at porn.

4. Ever cosplayed Yu-Gi-Oh! characters?
Oh man, I don’t look enough like ANY of them, but I want to.

5. List your collection of Yu-Gi-Oh! junk and merchandise, if any.
I’ve got some cards… other than that it’s just my MASSIVE manga collection and a tiny Yami figurine from one of those machines where you put in a quarter and get a capsule with a little figurine in it.

6. Have you ever felt that you were destined to be with a YGO character? If so who?
AH HA. No. But I REALLY liked Jonouchi in the 7th/8th grade.

7. Puzzleshipping (Yami Yuugi x Yuugi) or Prideshipping (Seto x Yami Yuugi)?
Yipes. Okay, that um. That breaks a few laws of my personal fandom. But Prideshipping is really really hot. If… Yami didn’t have Yugi’s head. Yeah.

(Besides, everyone knows that the best ship with those characters is KaibaxYugi! Ah ha ha ha!)

8. Silentshipping (Seto x Shizuka / Serenity) or Azureshipping (Seto x Anzu)?
WHAT? You PEOPLE. NEITHER… maybe Azureshipping. Shut up. Just because it’s mildly better than Silentshipping. But, I mean, he’s tried to kill Anzu, and Shizuka’s brother! What the frick! That’s not a basis for a healthy relationship!

9. Are you pro-Seto or anti-Seto?
PRO-SETO!!!!!!! Come on, you guys, what kind of a question is that?!
Pro-Seto all the WAY, baby.

10. Have you seen all YGO episodes so far?
Oh god no. I don’t think I’ve even seen all of the YGO Abridged episodes!

11. Have you read all the chapters so far?
YES. And I own them all.

12. Sub or dub?
Neither, really, the manga was better. But, um. I’m going to have to go with dub just because it’s so HILARIOUSLY bad.

13. Pro-Anzu / Tea or Anti-Anzu / Tea?
Bmeh (that was not a typo, that was the sound that came out of my mouth when I read/considered that question). I liked her better in the Original Manga Series (capitalized for your pleasure?), and before she fell in love with the Pharaoh. It’s just like… come on! You used to be so awesome, Anzu! What happened? But I guess now I’m not really pro or anti. Just disappointed.

14. Joey / Jounouchi = annoying or funny?
Hi-larious like a sick person. No, for serious. I love him and his idiocy and his funneh.

15. Bakura = sexy beast or freaking scary idiot?
Both, minus the “idiot.” Scary people can’t be sexy? There’re whole leagues of fangirls who are in love with Tom Riddle! Bakura can’t be both scary as all hell and sexier than the average mud-wrestling match?

16. Which character would be the best cross dresser?
You’ve gotta be kidding me— HONDA! Nobody ever thinks about it, but there’s a WEALTH of untapped ex-tough-guy in a dress! Or… Ryo Bakura. For, you know, obvious reasons.

17. Yami Marik = yay or nay?
Crazy son of a bitch. So… yay? Maybe nay. I dunno… let’s go with nay. He kind of scares the crap out of me. And flickers.

18. Do you like YGO fanfics?
Some of them. The good ones. Where everybody’s in character and it makes sense and authors aren’t being STUPID and their grammar is good… So, um. No. I don’t like almost any YGO fanfics I’ve come across.

19. Do you write YGO fanfics?
No, but only because I’m a lazy ass. I used to think them up, but then I never recorded them. Heh.

20. Do your parents know any YGO characters?
Maybe they do? My dad would recognize both forms of Yugi by now, and probably both Bakuras… and Jonouchi. But I dunno if he knows all their names.

My mom, meanwhile, is like “Yu-Gi-What-Now?”

21. Have you watched the YGO Abridged Series?
YES OMG YES. Yes I have. About a million times by now.

22. Have you ever got someone else hooked on YGO?
Ha, no, but I have told lots of people about the Abridged Series.

23. Have you ever been drawing YGO in school and have someone randomly say "WOAH! You like YGO too?!"
BA HA HA HA. No. But I have found out that my friends also liked it! Just… it wasn’t because I was drawing. It was because I was ranting.

24. Have you ever been in class drawing YGO and the teacher comes up to you and says, "wtf is this?"
No, but I have expected it more than once. In ninth grade I was drawing Kaiba in a dress and then I was making a height chart for all the characters during history class… and nobody noticed except my friend who I showed it to. Or if they did, they didn’t say boo. Kinda glad my teacher, Mr. Angell, didn’t see it. That would have been AWKward. (And a little bit funny. Maybe I’m a fandom exhibitionist?)

25. Has YGO affected your school life and grades?
Nope. But it SHOULD have by now. I mean, it was how I spent most of my time in 7th grade.

26. Are you broke thanks to YGO?
No, but I AM completely devoid of bookstore gift certificates.

27. Do you draw YGO fanart?
Not anything more than drabble-y comical doodles, no.

28. Do you have a YGO OC?
Unfortunately enough, yes. Several of them. Gah ha. I’m so sad.

29. Looking back at some of your answers, do you think YGO has taken over your life?
For a while there in the seventh grade, yeah. But it’s calmed down. (Except for the entire shelf and a half on my bookcase devoted to YGO manga and the tiny action figure on my hutch... and the key chains I clip to my belt. And the stickers in my sticker box. And the cards crammed into a box on my shelf… But I’m better now! I’ve moved on to other obsessions!)

NO! Mostly because I don’t know six of them who haven’t done this already! Wheeeeeeeeee!!!!! *vanishes into the night*
